Raised stem wall foundation with footings constructed of concrete installed below the frost line, and a 4" poured concrete floor slab. Raised stem walls are up to 48" above grade.
Note:When entering this foundation type you must enter the following:
- Foundation Type including the percentage (must total at least 100%)
- Foundation Material (concrete is the only suitable entry for Raised Stem Wall with Slab even though there are other options)
