Exterior Features

Use exterior feature materials to define the exterior windows and doors, as well as specialty items like shutters.

Windows (Count)

Enter either the total number of each type of window found within the home or the total percentage of the home each type covers.

Windows (SF)

Instead of entering the total number of windows, you can enter the total square footage of each type of window found within the home.

Window Specialties

Enter the total number of each type of window specialty found in the home.

Exterior Doors (Count)

Enter the total number of each type of exterior door found in the home.

Exterior Doors (SF)

Instead of entering the total number of doors, you can enter the total square footage of each type of exterior door found within the home.
