Radon Mitigation System, Air

Radon mitigation is a process used to reduce radon gas levels in air and water supplies of occupied buildings, such as residential structures. Mitigation of radon in the air is done through ventilation of radon gas below the structure's slab floor, or by increasing the number of air changes per hour in the structure. A fan draws air through the structure's slab floor, through a vent pipe that exits the roof of the structure.

Included in Cost: 110-volt radon fan, 4” PVC pipe, couplings, clamps, cement and cleaner, wiring, roof flashing/boot, fasteners and installation labor.
