The flat or horizontal work surface in a bathroom, typically the top of a vanity. The countertop is made of thin, high-quality, flat pieces of glass tiles. The tiles are applied with cement or other adhesive and have grouted joints. Normally they are used for their durability, easiness to clean, and relatively waterproof finish.
