A 5' wide, straight, floating staircase with stone steps, hardwood hand railings, balusters/spindles, and return ends on both sides. The staircase is open underneath (which gives the appearance that the stairs are floating) and the starting step has rounded ends with newel and volutes on both ends.
Included in Cost: Handrail with stain and 2 coats of varnish, a contrasting cut stringer, stair skirt, risers, balusters/spindles and newel posts with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint, soffit with finished texture drywall, primer, paint, and installation labor.
