A vertical, noncombustible structure built to carry smoke and gases out of the home. The chimney is built on the outside of an exterior wall and has one or two flues. It has a masonry veneer on brick construction and the dimensions from top to bottom may vary for decorative purposes.
Note: Do not count the chimney for the furnace unless it is a large one on the outside of the building.
Included in Cost: Chimney, brick wall, masonry veneer finish, flues, and installation labor.
