• Countertops and splash, high-end laminated plastic or solid surface
• 1 pantry, wood
• 1 revolving corner, wood
• 1 range/oven, built-in
• 1 dishwasher, built-in
• 1 range hood, with two-speed exhaust fan, outlet duct, and light
• 1 garbage disposal
• 1 sink and faucet
• 1 drinking water filter

The amount of cabinets and countertops varies with the size of the home. There may be some variation in the items in a semi-custom kitchen. Use the above list as a guide for selecting the kitchen type.
