If you have 2,000 sq. ft. of living area, and the entire house (all rooms) has 3” base molding, you have 100% 3” base molding.
If you have 2,000 sq. ft. of living area, and 400 sq.ft. has 3” base molding, you have 20% 3” base molding.
Included in Cost: 3” base molding, fasteners, stain or paint finish, and installation labor.
