12" detailed and elaborate decorative strip of plaster used at the top of a wall where it meets the ceiling. Can be a single piece or several pieces of molding to make up a 12” ornate plaster molding.
Example 1:
If you have 2,000 sq. ft. of living area, and the entire house (all rooms) has 12” ornate plaster crown molding, you have 100% 12” ornate plaster crown molding.
Example 2:
If you have 2,000 sq. ft. of living area, and 400 sq. ft. has 12” ornate plaster crown molding, you have 20% 12” ornate plaster crown molding.
Included in Cost: 12” ornate plaster crown molding, fasteners, stain or paint finish, and installation labor.
