Premium marble tiles that are applied to the wall with an adhesive and have grouted joints between them. Group A marbles are sound marbles with a smooth uniform surface requiring no waxing or filing. They have little variation in texture or color and are almost entirely local marbles that are strongly competitive in price. Assumes custom designs and finishes as well as intricate partition configurations typical of high value homes.
Note: In figuring the percentage, include both sides of the partitions and the inside surface of the exterior wall.
Included in Cost: Group A marble tiles, thin set, sandless grout, and installation labor.
