A vertical and/or horizontal, 2" x 2" wood stud support member in a frame wall that is designed to be used in framing building walls.
Note: This option is only available for mobile-manufactured housing (MMH).
Included in Cost: 2" x 2" wood studs, top and sill plates, fasteners, and installation labor.
Enter a percentage between 0 and 100.
Application note: If any of the solid masonry interior walls are exposed with no drywall installed over them, adjust the drywall on walls percentage accordingly.
For example: If a home has 75% stud 2 x 4 and 25% solid brick interior wall framing, and 10% of the solid brick is exposed with no drywall, you should adjust the drywall percentage to 90% drywall. If all of the framing was covered with drywall, you don't have to do anything since RCT includes 100% drywall from the knowledge tables.
