Assumes unique design attributes of wall partitions such as numerous angles, corners, openings, arches, and other intricate design configurations.

Included in Cost: Masonry block, stone veneer, mortar, wall ties, reinforcing and installation labor.

Enter a percentage between 0 and 100.

Application note: If any of the solid masonry interior walls are exposed with no drywall installed over them, adjust the drywall on walls percentage accordingly.

For example: If a home has 75% stud 2 x 4 and 25% solid brick interior wall framing, and 10% of the solid brick is exposed with no drywall, you should adjust the drywall percentage to 90% drywall. If all of the framing was covered with drywall, you don't have to do anything since RCT includes 100% drywall from the knowledge tables.
