Interior partition walls consisting of lath and plaster applied over partition framing with a decorative texture applied to the surface. Plaster is typically found in older and high value residences, seldom in more recently built ones. Assumes unique design attributes of wall partitions such as numerous angles, corners, openings, arches, and other intricate design configurations.
Included in Cost: Lath, textured plaster fasteners, and installation labor. Textured plaster is ready for finish, but does not include any finish.
