Interior partition walls consisting of lath and plaster applied over partition framing. Through the 1930s, wood lath was common. From 1940 to 1960, the typical lath was button board, a gypsum board with thin paper and holes. Since 1960 a thin gypsum board with thin wall plaster is common. Assumes design attributes of wall partitions such as numerous angles, corners, openings, arches, and other intricate design configurations typical of high value homes.
Included in Cost: Lath, plaster fasteners, and installation labor. Plaster is ready for finish, but does not include any finish.
