A free-standing structure at the edge of a river, lake, ocean, inlet, stream, or body of water that is used to protect a boat or watercraft from the weather and elements. This structure serves as an open sided, roofed area, which is used to cover a boat while it remains in the water.
Included in Cost: Piles and galvanized steel truss structural framing to support the shelter over water, roof framing, roofing, electrical service, lighting, and installation labor.
