A floor/ceiling structure, made of a precast concrete beams/joists with wood sheathing placed over the beams/joists that is supported on one end and projects or extends beyond its support at the other end. The precast beams are formed on the ground or offsite, and then lifted into places. Wood sheathing is the lumber used as the first layer of covering over joists, usually boards, plywood, or oriented strand board (OSB). The cantilever floor beams/joists are supported by a bearing wall.
